The Prince: A man that appears to be a true politician through and through. Campaign promises and slogans have already been plastered across the network by his followers, encouraging you to vote for him.

Ms. Ophelia: A woman of action. I am quite sure she will get the job done, though you must wonder which job.

The surprisingly intelligent dog: With the sole reason of releasing its father. An admirable goal, one wonders what it will do after its father is released though?

or this midget: I must admit I know little about this man other than his short stature and employment by the police. I would be more than willing to listen if any have further information about him...?

Well, yesterday's events were certainly entertaining. So many people acting like they really want to, without worrying about the ramifications of being caught.

The video flickers with static as it surveys a battlefield, both sides prepared for a fight. On one side is an unorganized mob of individuals looking uneasy, but adamant in their position. On the other a grim faced group of solders defending a gate. Each side has standing in front of it their general, each glaring at the other. Both armies are made exclusively of Angels.

“Repent now, you still can return to His side and live within His kingdom.” The general of the grim army shouts across. The uneasy mob shifts waiting for the answer.

“We can no longer serve Him blindly. You must see the truth Gabriel! We are not slaves” The answer heartens the mob and they cheer at his statement.

After the cheering dies the general of the grim army shakes his head sadly, “You leave us no choice Lucifer.” Without another word he gestures with a drawn sword and the grim army moves forward slowly. No cheer is sounded, no glory horn, the army marches towards the mob with sad faces showing pity, but no forgiveness.

The scene cuts to carnage as the mob and the army clash. Screams of pain resound as both sides shed blood. It is obvious that the army has the advantage and they force the mob backwards, away from the gates. A voice that is not heard but exists fills the realm, “You are no longer welcome in My realm, I banish you now and forever from My presence.” Upon these words a rift forms in the ground behind the mob and they are forced into it by the soldiers, the screams of those that Fall are louder than any made by those slain on the battlefield.

The scene cuts again, the angels of the mob fall through the rift, their forms morphing from searing flames ragged edges to the pit they fall through. Their form changes to be unrecognizable as what they were before.

The scene cuts one last time, a form that has the same build as the general of the mob addresses a dark shadowy figure, “Anduriel. You were my right hand in the battle before the Fall and you will be my will upon earth.”

“Your will Lord Lucifer.”

The movie ends.

[ooc: This is not meant to be an accurate telling of the Christian Bible but a rendition of the fall that occurred in the Dresden-verse. I tried to leave it vague as to who was in the right and the wrong for both the purposes of plot and so as not to offend anyone. Ah, the carnival. A festival that has seen it's height in my time and any you see now are likely run down and less than safe.

This carnival though, seems quite festive and is as safe as anything else within the city I am sure.

I think I shall enjoy it while it is here. They have such atmosphere.

Gentleman, and Ladies, I suggest to you all now to refrain from putting into writting anything which you wish to remain to be..secret. There is an entity within the city that possesses the knowledge of all things written. She is a child and can be manipulated, but she is also aligned with many of those within the city that we would best not alert to our intentions.

that being said...what are our intentions? What shall we do now that the city has begun to settle after our last effort.

There seems to be a rash of rodents within the city today.

I must say....that was quite a suggestion.

Opium does indeed relieve the laughter, and when I do laugh it no longer hurts. And I'd forgotten quite how good it feels.

It seems as though I am running out though. Perhaps someone would be a good citizen and find their way to bringing me some more?

[Nicodemus decided to infect himself with one of the poisons to avoid suspicion (yes I stole the idea from the major but there is a twist). Unfortunately Nic understimated the potency of the Joker's Venom and his normal healing powers are actually not working to lessen the progress of the venom...he is in fact, truly affected and quite upset with this.]

Students,

Defense against the Dark Arts is a very sensitive subject. One must completely understand that which you are fighting before you can truly battle it.

Today we shall be discusing Mudlings, a creature that inhabits the muddy, swampy area of the world, and uses their magic to entice others to come into their realm, where they can easily attack and overpower people.

Today students you will be paring up, and learning the magical compulsion that Mudlings use, and attempt to break the control of your partner.

I will be monitoring your activities, and am available for questions.

[Disclaimer: Anything learned during this lesson will be forgotten by all those involved after the curse to prevent infomodding against the Harry Potter Crew. To help encourage this, the creature is one made up for this instance rather than pulling a real creature from the HP realm, and the 'spell' that is taught is the same. HP crew, if any of you guys have any problems or questions about the lesson, hit me up on aim or drop a note here and appropriate changes will be made :)]

Ahem...I'm afraid I have need of a healer. It seems that our friendly spar had a bit of an accident.

The young knight is in need of several stitched...I'm afraid I got a bit aggressively and he was unable to block in time.

Luckily it seems there was no damage to anything internal...so if someone gets here quickly it will be fine.

I would take him to the hospital but I'm afraid he won't let me touch him. I do apologize dear Knight.

I have offered my services to the police force to encourage order within the City, but, alas, they seem unwilling to do what is necessary in a situation such as this.

I am unsure whether I should be thankful or angry with you for reminding me of her. The last time I spent time remembering my past was some years ago, and always before Deidre was there to comfort me. I miss her...I will never see her again, and here there is no Deidre to ease my pain.

I hope that you treasure your time with yours, for it is fleeting. You will not live as long as I, but you will live longer than her, by several lifetimes.
